At CaliPharm, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand our procedures and timelines.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time
All orders placed on our website will be processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) PST on Fridays, or during weekends, will begin processing on the next business day.
Weekend Orders
We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Any orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping Duration
Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow an estimated 3–7 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
Shipping Notifications
You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment until delivery.
3. Shipping Restrictions
No Weekend Shipments
We do not ship products on weekends. Orders processed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Locations
CaliPharm currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Unforeseen Delays
While we aim to meet estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unexpected circumstances. If delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Hemp Product Shipping Notice
Due to varying state regulations, certain hemp-derived products may not be available for shipment to specific states. Orders placed from restricted states may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
