ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you bought a CaliPharm product at a retail store or through a website other than the official CaliPharm website, please address any issues directly with the place of purchase. We cannot monitor what happens to our products once they leave our control.
If you purchased directly from the CaliPharm website and encounter an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a refund provided that you notify us within 10 days of receiving your product. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be considered if you have not contacted us within 10 days of the delivery date.
While we take pride in the quality of our products, individual experiences may vary and are not considered a valid reason for a refund.
If your product arrives damaged or if your order is missing items, you must notify us on the day of delivery by emailing Orders@CaliPharm.com
Your email must include the following:
• Your order number in the subject line (Example: “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #12345”)
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photos of the product in question
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the packing slip
Once we receive this information, we will review the claim. This process may take up to 5 business days, or longer depending on the situation. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the denial of your request.
For valid claims involving damaged or broken products, return shipping will depend on the specific product ordered and available options. In most cases, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for standard shipping.
DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FROM OUR TEAM.
We cannot issue a replacement or refund without receiving and inspecting the original product to confirm it has not been used.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Proof of the issue and return of the original product may be required before a replacement or refund can be processed.
